Sharing your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

Service providers

We work with trusted third-party vendors to operate our business, including scheduling tools, payment processors, email platforms, and document delivery services. These providers have access to your information only as needed to perform their services and are contractually required to keep it confidential.

Legal requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of The Everyday Ops, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change and any choices you may have.

With your consent

We may share your information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.

AI tools & third-party platforms

As an AI consulting company, we use AI tools in the course of delivering our services — including tools such as Claude (Anthropic), ChatGPT (OpenAI), Google Gemini, and others. We want to be transparent about how this works:

  • We may use AI tools to assist in drafting audit reports, generating recommendations, or building client deliverables

  • We do not input sensitive personal or financial information into AI tools without your knowledge

  • When we use AI tools to process your business context, we do so in a way consistent with those platforms' own privacy policies

  • We may use tools like NotebookLM (Google) to create interactive report deliverables — these are governed by Google's privacy policy

We will always inform you of any AI tools used specifically in delivering your engagement and obtain your consent before using tools that require sharing identifiable business data.
